Return Policy:

 

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a HAUTE SUGAR e-credit/code. (STORE CREDIT ONLY) All items labeled “Final Sale” cannot be returned for store credit.

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. 
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, white items and undergarments are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We will ONLY accept returns if the item(s) is ELIGIBLE to be resold.
  • All SALE/CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE items, and accessories are non-returnable.
  • Items that are not clearance sale/final sale and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned for ONLY the price it was purchased, (with discount) not full price. 
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Credit/Code.
  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied to any item(s) returned.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • All returns must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. And must be approved. Please email: returningSUGAR@gmail.com for assistance before returning.
  • All returns must include a return request form with original order information. And must go through proper steps in return procedure. Email us at: returningSUGAR@gmail.com with order #, & reason for return/exchange.
  • Return packages must include a printed copy of our return form, for each item. One form, per item. If these are not filled out correctly, your return will not be processed. 
  • HAUTE SUGAR is not responsible/liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
  • Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.

 

 

When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days to arrive at HAUTE SUGAR. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible/liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, HAUTE SUGAR will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a HAUTE SUGAR e-credit/code for use on a future purchase.
